Initial situation<\/strong>Dolezych is one of the leading manufacturers of ropes, lashing and lifting equipment for transportation, logistics and industry. The products are subject to high safety-related requirements in numerous areas of application – particularly with regard to testing, documentation and traceability. Until now, the marking and documentation of products was partly paper-based or decentralized. This led to risks such as incomplete evidence, media disruptions and limited transparency along the entire supply chain between manufacturers, dealers, users and testing service providers. <\/div><\/div>\n\n
Objective<\/strong>– Strengthen product protection: Protection against counterfeiting through clear digital product identity– Ensure traceability: Make it traceable at all times when, where and how a product was tested or serviced– Provide digital documentation: Make operating instructions, test certificates and safety data available at all times– Enable process integration: Seamless integration into existing inspection processes and customer responsibilities<\/div><\/div>\n\n
Solution<\/strong>A pilot application was implemented in cooperation with Pr\u00fcfExpress: Dolezych products are provided with a tamper-proof label including a QR code that leads directly to an individual, digital product page in the Pr\u00fcfExpress platform.<\/div><\/div>\n\n
