Can you give us an overview of your organization and your role inwork equipment inspection?<\/strong><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
I work for a large automotive group in Stuttgart in facility management, with a focus onwith a focus on media supply and operating equipment. We have around 800 items of equipment that have a regular inspection cycle. System operation is outsourced to various specialist companies for testing.<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

  1. What challenges or problems did you face before introducing the software application for work equipment inspection?Our complex inventory system was too complicated and impractical for our small siteand impractical, especially for the integration of external service providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Why did you decide in favor of Pr\u00fcfExpress?<\/strong>Our operating equipment was already recorded in the system and as Pr\u00fcfExpress is easy to use and ideal for regular inspections, we also wanted to integrate our technical building equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. How has the introduction of the software application affected your workflow and your efficiency?<\/strong>The software was introduced within a very short time and the first tests took place after just one month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Which functions or aspects of the software application have proven to be particularly useful?<\/strong>The application is lean, easy to use and reduces errors. Inspection plans are created quickly, the data quality is higher and the external hosting facilitates access for internal and external employees. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Have you been able to save time or resources thanks to the software application? If so, to what extent? <\/strong>Thanks to the software application, we have been able to save considerable time and resources, as the documentation is now digital and the susceptibility to errors has been reduced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. How easy was it to implement the software application into your existing processes and systems?<\/strong>The implementation of the software application went smoothly, as Pr\u00fcfExpress was not directly integrated into our existing processes and systems. systems. Instead, it runs in parallel to our existing structures, which enabled a smooth which enabled the new software to be introduced without any problems. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Did you receive specific training or support to help you introduce and use the software application?<\/strong>The system was simple and self-explanatory, so no extensive training was necessary. Thanks to the fantastic support and my experience, I was able to quickly colleagues quickly. A briefing took 30 to 45 minutes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. What feedback have you received from other users in your organization about the software application?<\/strong><\/strong>The initial feedback on the software application was all very positive and without complaints, which is considered a great success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Has the quality of your work equipment inspections improved since the introduction of the software application?<\/strong>The audit quality was already high, but the quality of documentation has improved with the introduction of the software, as there are no more errors in document storage. That is clearly the crucial point for us! <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. That was a lot of praise. Are there any areas for improvement or functions that you would like to see in future versions of the software application? <\/strong>Overall, I am very satisfied, but see potential in the elimination of teething troubles such as spelling mistakes, the improvement of user administration and more flexible use for different test types.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    There are plans to optimise the existing functions, rename them \u2018Digital checklists\u2019 and improve user administration. The revision of terminology and spelling mistakes will also be tackled. Work is being carried out on user-friendliness and design without extending functions.
